Zach Miller Appears with Dr. Dog on Conan O’Brien
Way back in the day, Zach Miller and I worked the light cage at Big Spring High School and I was even lucky enough to (try to) play guitar with Zach a few times with some friends; I say try to because Zach is an amazing guitarist and at the time, I had a Strat-alike and could play about two chords. Needless to say, my talent was more in drums and the lighting and that is what I stuck to.
Based on what I knew of Zach’s talents in music then, I was not at all surprised to hear recently that he was on tour and traveling the country after college with a band that goes by the name of Dr. Dog. My mother forwarded me a story from our local paper today and Dr. Dog will be appearing on Conan O’Brien this evening, March 12, 2007. Check your local listings and tune in to hear some of the latest fresh and funky compilation.
