Working on the resume and self reflection
Every year around this time (and my annual review at work), I take a few hours to polish up my resume and post the latest revision online. I do this 1) as a bit of reflection on my accomplishments over the last few years, 2) so that I can find it and easily reference it and 3) maybe it will help some of my family and friends understand what I do every day. No, I really don’t work for the CIA; sorry to be a disappointment.
So, here is this year’s version of my resume, ala functional format, which seems to work very well versus the chronological format I have used in the past. If you are looking for a decent design template, feel free to use my layout as you wish for whatever you wish. Just make sure you change the metadata to make it your own or you might look a little silly with my name plastered all over your resume. The design is a Dennis Little original, don’t ya know!
