ISO Recorder Power Toy for Windows XP - rip and burn ISOs
I found a really nice piece of software a few days ago that allows you to easily image CDs into ISO format and then burn those ISO rips to CD-rom in Windows XP. The freeware software (for non-commercial use) is called ISO Recorder and can be found at:

I like the fact that the software integrates into a right-click menu, is lightweight and seems to operate flawlessly and is very quick. Take notice that there are pre-SP2 and post-SP2 versions when you download; I am running post SP2 on a fully patched system on my Latitude D600 and the program works great. Also of note is the command-line based CD burning software that would be useful to integrate into some Windows scripts for automated burning.
