Hagerstown Light Plans BPL Rollout

BPLToday.com’s newletter ran the following headline Monday: “Hagerstown Light plans BPL for 18,000″. According to the March 14th edition, bids from ACcess Broadband and COMTek are in the running to run broadband over the power lines to all of Hagerstown, MD. It appears that Hagerstown may be totally ignoring the concerns of HAMs, EMS and residents in the area.
